Hi, I’m Carol…

After five children, my pelvic floor felt unpredictable. Some days I was fine. Other days, I’d pause before I sneezed and feel drained from all those nighttime trips to the loo. The bags under my eyes were a constant reminder of how tired I was.


I’d wonder, “Is this my new normal?” It felt like my body was doing its own thing without asking me first. I wanted to take back control, but I didn’t want to add another thing to on to my to- do list.


Rebuilding my body began after slipping discs led me to become a Pilates teacher. Along the way, I discovered pelvic floor health is about more than just squeezing. It’s about how your core, hips and pelvis work together in harmony.


A few years ago, I ran pelvic floor workshops that really helped women. But I wanted to make this easier to fit into everyday life. I realised I couldn’t rely on hope and neither could the many women struggling with pelvic floor challenges.


I also saw the biggest problem was how little we talk about leaks and urgency. It’s still a secret. Too personal. Too awkward. Something we quietly put up with.


I’m passionate about empowering women to feel confident and in control of their bodies at any age.
