 Why I created Simply Core

Hi, I’m Carol.

When I hit my 50s, I started noticing the kind of changes no one warns you about:

Back pain that just wouldn’t shift.
A midsection that didn’t respond like it used to.
That little pelvic floor urge during workouts.


Even as a Pilates teacher, I found some of my go-to routines no longer worked and some even made things worse.

So, I took a different approach.
I researched, tested, simplified.
