By purchasing and accessing Breeze Pilates On Demand membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.Product and Disclaimer of Medical Advice/No Guarantees
Breeze Pilates On Demand classes are for educational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment. The content is general guidance and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. Participation is at your own risk. Breeze Pilates On Demand does not guarantee any specific results as these vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.
2. Health & Safety and User Responsibility
You confirm you are physically and mentally capable of participating safely in the exercise programmes offered. You acknowledge that participation involves risks, including injury. If you experience discomfort, pain, feel unwell, or faint during any class, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice. It is your responsibility to select classes appropriate for your ability and skill level. Avoid exercises that cause pain or discomfort.You agree to exercise in a safe environment that is well lit, clear of obstacles, well ventilated, and to stay hydrated. Breeze Pilates On Demand is not responsible for injuries caused by your environment.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, text, images, and training plans, is the intellectual property of Carol Little of Breeze Pilates On Demand. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share, modify, publicly display, or transmit any content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use will be pursued under intellectual property laws.
4. Access and Account Security
Access to the membership is granted upon successful payment. You agree not to share your login details or allow others to access your account. You will keep your account secure and notify Breeze Pilates On Demand immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breeze Pilates On Demand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership. By purchasing or accessing the Strong Core, Stronger Pelvic Floor Programme (including any free content), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
In these Terms and Conditions, "you" or "your" refers to the purchaser. "We", "us", or "Breeze Pilates On Demand" refers to the provider of the programme. The Strong Core, Stronger Pelvic Floor Programme is part of Breeze Pilates On Demand and all future references to the programme fall under this name.
1. Product and Medical Disclaimer
You are purchasing a one-time access, self-paced online fitness programme as described as described on the dedicated sales page provided at the time of purchase. All information provided is for general guidance and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise regime, especially if you have an existing medical condition, injury, or other health concerns. We do not guarantee specific fitness results, as outcomes depend on individual consistency, effort, and personal factors.
2. Privacy and Limitation of Liability

- Upload or transmit harmful, inappropriate, or disruptive material.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
