Hi, I’m Carol and as I got into my 50’s I felt that my body had changed in ways I didn’t expect. I had regular back pain and was anxious when I sneezed and would anyone notice. As a Pilates Teacher, I found that certain core exercises seemed to make these problems worse for my pelvic floor and back.
So, I did my research, I trialled and tested and I learned that I needed to do exercises that took the pressure off my back and pelvic floor yet still built real core strength effectively at the same time. I also knew I didn’t have loads of extra time in the day to fit these in.
What I found that in less than 15 minutes a day - simple moves, not endless crunches or planks, really started to work. What happened? I am stronger, my back pain has gone and the exercises don’t make me feel that urge. So now I do them all the time
